I have been in the retail auto industry for 12 years and have been very fortunate to be involved with BMW over the last decade. During my first 8 years with this company, my role was in sales as a client advisor and the last 2 years as a sales manager. In May of 2000 I began selling BMWs because I knew that it was a great product and had a very loyal following. It didn’t take me long to realize how deep BMW enthusiasts cared for this company, its products, and the brand image. Since then, I have owned 7 BMWs and have been completely won over by “The Ultimate Driving Machine”.
As biased as it may sound, the level of driving enjoyment offered by these vehicles is second to none and is figuratively addictive. I wholeheartedly believe that even if I wasn’t involved in the auto industry, I would still love these cars. That being said, I am now a “Beemer” enthusiast and probably always will be.

Hi, my name is Danielle Eenigenburg and I am the full-time day cashier here at BMW of Schererville. This was my first job working in the automotive industry and I’ve been with BMW for 2 ½ years. I love dealing with customers because everyone has a different story to tell. I can’t tell you how many people gave me advise that I didn’t even know just because of what they went through. My job at BMW is dealing with all the loaners and making sure the customer is good to go when they have them. I also take care of the customers once their car is done in service. I receive the paperwork and have the customer sign it and they’re on their way. The one thing I really enjoy about BMW is the fact they have “Full Maintenance” and so they pay nothing at the time of service.
And in my time outside of BMW as of March 27, 2010 I will be a newlywed.

I have been employed in the Automobile business for over 30 years. My experience comes from involvement with both General Motors and BMW Franchises. As a College student I started as a part-time cashier, never dreaming this industry would be my life career. I have been fortunate in receiving on the job mentorship and achieving higher education degrees. Over the years I have worked in each department at the dealership. This has been valuable for my current position as Comptroller. As in any business forcasts, budgets, and auditing must be done. Typically the office is an invisible part of the car dealerships, but it is the most IMPORTANT. Other departments depend on information provided by the office to properly perform their jobs and offer superior customer satisfaction. Most of the time Comptrollers are the most hated person at the business, but someone has to do it!

My name is Sandy Mayer with BMW of Schererville. I have been with BMW for 11 years. I take great pride in working for the best of the auto industry, “The BMW”. I work “behind the scenes” of the business, one of the office personnel. I have a variety of duties involving the inventory of cars on the ground and human resource.
Regarding the inventory, I stock in both new and used vehicles giving the salesman the most up to date inventory available on the ground to you, our customers. Making sure the options, colors and models are all readily available to them.

My name is Gina Pascarella and I am the Finance Manager here at BMW of Schererville. I have been with BMW since 1999. I have achieved numerous awards with the Profiles in Achievement Program through BMW Financial Services. For the past three years, I have earned the BMW Odyssey Vacation, which has allowed me to visit several European countries.
For the past 11 years, I have assisted customers with their financing or leasing needs. Also, I have assisted customers with purchasing various products such as: Gap Insurance, Extended Service/Maintenance Contracts, Tire and Wheel Protection, and much more.

I have been involved in the auto industry since 1992, with experience ranging from performing maintenance tasks, to washing cars, to estimating and handling insurance claims. My current position as a service consultant enables me to assist customers through the entire service visit, beginning with the initial appointment set up through completion by delivering a repaired and well-maintained car. My goal in my position is to provide exceptional service to every BMW customer by efficiently handling that entire process. I also assist customers understand and take advantage of all of the excellent features on their BMW’s by demonstrating these features and giving a hand when needed. I also act on customers’ behalf with insurance and extended warranty claims, making the processes as easy and convenient as possible.
On a personal note, I too enjoy driving a BMW (Z4 roadster) and am passionate about keeping it performing and looking perfect! I can completely relate to the relationship my customers have with their BMW’s too! I enjoy nothing more in my leisure time than to drop the top, turn up the tunes, and go for a “sporty” cruise.

My name is Aaron Cheek I have been with BMW for 6 years and have been a BMW Service Advisor for 4 years. My goal is to make servicing your vehicle here at BMW of Schererville as convenient as possible. We offer loaner vehicles by appointment, and shuttle services locally. As a Service Advisor I help coordinate every step of your service visit, listening to concerns, flowing up with technicians to make sure those concerns were meet, and making sure your vehicle is assembled and clean when you arrive to pick it up. I enjoy my job because it is satisfying being able to turn an unexpected vehicle issue into an enjoyable experience here at BMW of Schererville.

I got my start in the automotive industry at a very young age. I grew up around cars thanks to my dad who has been in the automotive salvage industry for as long as I can remember. As I got older I began to rebuild cars with him. Some cars we rebuilt to be driven by family members or we sold them for a profit. The first vehicle I ever owned my dad and I built. After that I became student at Lake Central High School and joined the Automotive Technology class. I took that class the remainder of my high school years and learned as much as I possibly could. During which time I was a cook at a local pizza place and everyday when I would leave work I would go out of my way to drive past the BMW dealership. Since I could remember I always had a passion for BMW’s and eventually that turned into a desire to work at a BMW dealership. So eventually I got a part time job at the dealership as a detailer. I have worked my way up from detailing cars and now I am the Warranty Administrator and Dispatcher.
The best part about my job is that even though I unfortunately don’t work on the cars, I work directly with the technicians all day so it keeps me close enough to the action in the shop to keep me happy. I also work with our service consultant team to make sure the “Warranty” portion of the repair process is carried out correctly. I’ve been working for BMW for about 3 years now and enjoy it very much. It’s a great product with great service.
